The amount of kefir drunk per day does not exceed one and a half liters. The fat content of kefir does not exceed 1%. The best choice would be to prepare a certain food group each day. Salt, oil, fatty meat, bananas, grapes, alcohol, flour and baking, sugar, milk are strictly prohibited. Remember to drink water between meals.
